1. About Bexra & Acceptance of Terms
Bexra is a guided startup platform that helps entrepreneurs discover, validate, and scale the right business model. We offer two core plans:
Startup Plan
For idea-stage entrepreneurs. Includes monthly roadmap, weekly tasks, progress tracking, AI chatbot, and tool recommendations.
Growth Plan
For existing business owners. Includes web dashboard, business feed, marketing suggestions, and personal improvement tips.
By accessing or using Bexra ("Platform", "Service", "we", "us", "our"), you ("User", "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use our Platform.

2. Eligibility
To use Bexra, you must meet ALL of the following conditions:
- Be at least 18 years of age, OR have consent from a parent/legal guardian if between 13-17 years.
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Indian law.
- Not be prohibited from receiving our services under any applicable law.
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information.
- If you are signing up on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.
3. User Accounts & Registration
3.1 Account Creation
You must register with a valid email address and create a secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately by email if you suspect unauthorized access. Each person may only maintain one active account. Duplicate accounts may be terminated.
3.2 Account Accuracy
You agree to keep your profile and billing information accurate. Bexra is not liable for issues arising from inaccurate account information you have provided.
3.3 Account Termination by You
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us by email. Deletion does not automatically entitle you to a refund unless stated in our Refund Policy (Section 7).
4. Subscription Plans & Payments
4.1 Plan Details
Bexra offers the following paid subscription tiers (pricing may be updated from time to time with 30 days notice):

4.2 Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely via Razorpay, a PCI DSS compliant payment gateway. By completing payment, you authorize Razorpay to charge your selected payment method. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Bexra does not store your full card details. Payment data is handled by Razorpay under their Privacy Policy.
4.3 Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. You will be charged the then-current rate unless you cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date. You will receive a reminder email 7 days before renewal.
4.4 Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we will retry up to 3 times over 7 days. If the issue is not resolved, your account will be downgraded to a restricted state and you will lose access to paid features until payment is resolved.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
5.1 Permitted Use
You may use Bexra solely for lawful purposes related to business planning, validation, and growth, strictly in accordance with these Terms.
5.2 Prohibited Activities
You must NOT:
- Share your account credentials with others or allow multiple people to use one account.
- Reverse engineer, copy, resell, or redistribute any part of the Platform or its content.
- Use the AI chatbot to generate misleading, harmful, illegal, or fraudulent content.
- Attempt to hack, breach, overload, or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure.
- Scrape or extract data from the Platform using automated tools or bots.
- Upload viruses, malicious code, or harmful content of any kind.
- Use the Platform to conduct or promote illegal business activities.
- Impersonate another user, Bexra staff, or any third party.
- Violate any applicable Indian or international law while using the Platform.
Violation of the Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
6. AI Features & Limitations
Bexra uses AI-powered features including a chatbot and business model recommendations. By using these features, you acknowledge and agree to the following AI Disclaimer:
- AI outputs are for informational and guidance purposes only - they are NOT professional legal, financial, or investment advice.
- Bexra does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI-generated content for any specific purpose.
- You are solely responsible for any business decisions made based on AI suggestions.
- AI features are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
- Do not input sensitive personal or financial data into the AI chatbot.
7. Refund & Cancellation Policy
7.1 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You retain full access to paid features until the cycle ends.
7.2 Refund Policy & Eligibility
- 7-day money-back guarantee: New subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of their first payment if they have not accessed more than 20% of the roadmap content.
- No refunds after 7 days: Subscription fees are non-refundable after the 7-day window.
- Technical failures: If a confirmed technical error on our end prevents access for more than 72 consecutive hours, a pro-rated refund may be issued at our discretion.
- Annual plans: Refunds for annual subscriptions are available only within the first 7 days.
To request a refund, contact us by email with the subject line 'Refund Policy' within the eligible window. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days via the original payment method.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Bexra's IP
All content on the Platform - including roadmaps, frameworks, AI systems, UI/UX design, text, logos, graphics, course material, and software is owned by or licensed to Bexra and protected under Indian and international copyright and IP laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for your personal or business use only. You may NOT reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Bexra content without our written permission.
8.2 Your Content
Any content you submit to the Platform (business ideas, quiz responses, uploaded files) remains your property. However, by submitting it, you grant Bexra a limited, royalty-free license to use it solely to provide and improve our services to you. We will never sell your individual business ideas to third parties.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy (available at bexra.com/privacy) explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data. It forms part of these Terms.
Key Data Commitments:
- We collect only data necessary to provide our services.
- We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing.
- Payment data is handled exclusively by Razorpay; we do not store card details.
- You may request deletion of your data by emailing support@bexra.com.
- We comply with applicable Indian data protection laws including the IT Act, 2000.
10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
10.1 No Guarantee of Results
Bexra provides guidance, tools, and frameworks - but we do NOT guarantee that using our Platform will result in business success, revenue, funding, or any specific outcome. All business decisions are yours alone.
10.2 Platform Availability
We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime, technical errors, or service interruptions.
10.3 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Bexra's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We are NOT liable for:
- Indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive, or special damages.
- Loss of profits or business opportunities.
- Decisions made based on AI-generated content.
- Third-party service failures (including Razorpay or Google APIs).
11. Third-Party Services
Bexra integrates with third-party services. Bexra is not responsible for the actions, terms, or failures of any third-party service providers. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms:

12. Termination
12.1 Termination by Bexra
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you: violate any provision of these Terms; engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; attempt to breach the security or integrity of the Platform; or cause harm to other users or Bexra's reputation. Upon termination, your access to all paid features will cease immediately. No refund will be issued for remaining subscription time if termination is due to a Terms violation.
12.2 Effect of Termination
Sections 8 (Intellectual Property), 10 (Disclaimers), 13 (Governing Law), and 14 (Dispute Resolution) survive termination of these Terms.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of Bexra shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. Applicable laws include the Indian Contract Act 1872, the Information Technology Act 2000, the Consumer Protection Act 2019, and applicable GST regulations.
14. Dispute Resolution
Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally through the following protocol:

- Step 2 - Mediation: If unresolved after 30 days, both parties agree to attempt mediation through a mutually agreed mediator in Chennai before litigation.
- Step 3 - Arbitration: If mediation fails, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India).
- Step 4 - Courts: If arbitration is not agreed upon, courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms on our website with a new "Last Updated" date, send an email notification to your registered email address, and show an in-app notification requiring your acknowledgement.
Your continued use of the Platform after 30 days of such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the Platform and cancel your subscription.
16. Miscellaneous
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Bexra regarding the Platform.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent. Bexra may assign its rights to a successor company.
Force Majeure: Bexra is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control including natural disasters, internet outages, or government actions.
